Merry Christmas Everyone!!!

It is pretty much customary for people to watch  a stream of Christmas themed movies during the month of December. Unfortunately, I did not utilise the 24 days before Christmas as well as I should have. So, in order to make up for it I decided to watch a classic Christmas movie that I had never seen before:

It's A Wonderful Life

This 1947 film is by far my favourite Christmas film yet! It is one that is riddled with fantastic lines, heart, romance, jealousy, passion and characters that win you over in seconds.  Directed by Frank Capra (It Happened One NightLady for A Day), with its screenplay written by Frances Goodrich (The Diary of Anne Frank),  Albert Hackett (The Diary of Anne Frank) as well as Frank Capra, It's A Wonderful Life is a film that takes you through the life of a certain George Bailey, played by James Stewart (VertigoRear Window), who impacts the lives of those around him in ways he did not realise.

This movie captures the essence of the Christmas spirit and the importance of looking at the outcome of every opportunity with the equanimity that it deserves. I would wholeheartedly recommend this to be seen by anyone who enjoys a good emotional rollercoaster highlighting the essence of Christmas.

Merry Christmas folks!!

Till next time!

Luv, Mo
