POI: PERSON OF INTEREST
I said that I will come back and let you know my thoughts on this show when I had watched a couple more episodes.
Well, here I am!
It is as awesome as it was when I watched the pilot. I still do not have a favourite character yet. It used to be John for most of the season but then we learn so much more about Fusco, Finch and Carter that I just became confused lol. I love how socially awkward Finch is. I love Carter and her moral compass. I love Fusco's fight to become a better Fusco. And I love John's complex nature. Even Zoe is an intriguing character that I want to know more about.
I have now proudly finished Season 1 and cannot wait to watch Season 2. Each of the last 5 episodes before the season finale of Season 1 felt like it was worthy to be the season finale. They answered most of the questions I'd been asking myself throughout the season and raised new questions too.
The actual season finale was oddly epic. There was suspense, confusion, explosions, confrontations and the element of surprise towards the end; an awesome way to usher us into the new season. I know I am a bit behind but I like it that way. I now do not have to wait for months to see the next episode ;)
